Exxelia joins Heico Corporation group

The transaction will be carried out with IK Partners, majority shareholder of Exxelia since 2015, and should take place before the end of the first quarter of 2023.   Laurans A. Mendelson, HEICO's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, along with Victor H.
